V. W. Chemburker Memorial Lecture Series

Shri Vasant Waman Chemburkar was one of the founder Trustees of the Community Science Centre. Shri Chemburkar was a profound science fan and actively participated in all the activities of the centre. The CSC under its regular and  popular Memorial Lecture Series invites nationally and internationally renowned scientists. The talk those have been delivered so far are from vivid scientific fields including environment, earth and space sciences, scientific inventions, natural resources, river water revival, stem cells and nanotechnology, biotechnology. The audiences have been benefited to meet/listen and interact with the world famous stalwarts like Shri Sunderlal Bahuguna ('Chipko Moment' fame environmentalist), Shri Rajendra Singh (Jalpurush, Waterman of India) leading Indian scientists such as Dr. H. L. Trivedi (stem-cell technology), Dr. Shailesh Nayak (Indian Space Scientist), Dr. P. K. Ghosh (renowned Chemical Scientist), Prof. J.J. Raval (Astronomical Scientist), Dr. Pankaj Joshi (Astrophysist), Prof. Dinesh O.
